THOUGHT FOR FOOD by GOULD CROOK Crunch) Fish-Noodle Casserole 1 Vi cups flaked cooked fish 1 can (II ozs.) mandarin orange segments, drained 1 can (103/i ozs.) con densed cream of mush room soup 1 Vi cups thinly sliced celery I medium onion, chopped (about Vi cup) 1 tbsp. soy sauce Vi tsp. salt 1 cupchowmein noodles l/i cup salted peanuts or cashews Spread fish in ungreased 10x6x1 Zi or 8x8x2 - inch bak ing dish. Reserve '/j cup of the orange segments; sprinkle remaining orange segments on fish. Mix soup, celery, on ion, soy sauce and salt. Spread over fish and orange segments. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and peanuts. Cook uncovered in 350° oven until hot and bubbly. 30 to 35 min utes. Garnish with remaining orange segments. 6 servings.
