STATE CONVENTION'S.
1. The State convention shall be
composed of delegates apjKintel by
th several c,nnty conventions. Each
county shall be entitled to elect one
delegate and one alternate for every
one hundred andfifty rctnocratic
votes, and one delegate for fractions
over seventy-five Democratic votes cast
therein at the Jai preceding ulierna
torial election ; and none but delegates
