' Miss Milton and Burtis Cone of i Richmond, spent the week-end with their sister, Mrs. ft. B. ,Their mother, Mrs. O. Cone, who has been spending a few weeks with her daugh ter, Mrs. O. B. Baines, accompanied them back to her home in Richmond. Pleased to hear Mrs. J. R. Baker and baby are much improved. Mrs. Ba ker is in Mary Elizabeth hospital. Ral. eigh. Mrs. Burgess Mullen was buried in Spring Hope cemetery Monday. She lived near old Stanhope. She had been in poor health for some time, but her sudden death was unexpected and a great shock to her relatives and friends. Hopkins Chapel There will not be any Sunday school next Sunday as the choir is going to New Hope to a vocal union. pVover meeting will be at the home of Mr. G W. Ferrell Saturday eve ning. You will miss something if you don’t come.
