CITT ORDINANCE. Be it ordained by the Board of Alder men of the City of Concord : That all bill posters posting bills for circuses and shows of all lind shall within three (3) days after the performance advertised, remove said advertisement from all bill boards, posts, or any surface whatsoever where displayed within the corporate limits or toe town of Concord. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined fifty dollars or imprisoned thirty days. W. H. GIBSON, Clerk.
