RUFUS MISENHETMEB,
DIED THIS MORNING.
Aged Citizen of No. 7 Township,
Died This Morning at 10:30
O'clock.
A telephone message was received
this morning from No. 7 township,
stating that Mr. Rufus Misenheimer,
a well known citizen of that section
of the county, died at 10:30 o'clock.
Mr. Misenheimer has been ill lor
some time and on account of his ad
vanced age, his death was not an
expected.
Mr. Misenheimer was a native of
the eastern section of Cabarrus and
was 82 years of age. He is survived
by two daughters, Mrs. J. H. Foil, of
Mount Pleasant, and Mrs. O' S.
Kluttz, of No. 7. He is also survived
by a large number of relatives among
whom are two grandchildren of this
city, Mrs. A. B. Pounds and Mrs, B.
M. Richardson. He was a Confederate
veteran.
The funeral will be held tomorrow
at St. John's Lutheran Church.
