At noon he will address the Rotary Club at its regular meeting. I have had the pleasure of hearing Dr. Parker on several occasions; one at the Rotary luncheon in Greensboro, and another before the State Teachers Asso ciation in Raleigh. He is a very gifted speaker indeed and I am very glad 'to know that he is coming to Concord.
