Members of his family stated that he suffered some months ago nervous 1 breakdown and underwent treatment in a Philadelphia hospital. With the mercury higher than 90 during Saturday and Sunday the city was unable to get any real re lief from the terrific heat of the past several days. Pat Ritchie, of the local na-|, tional guard company, states that headquarters for the company will be moved on July first from the Alli son building to the Corl building on I Depot street. These quar ters are those formerly occupied by the American Legion. Only six defendants are to be tried in recorder’s court this afternoon, po lice officers report. Four are charged ' with speeding, one with being intoxi cated and one with possessing liquor ' and having it for sale. This is ' the lightest Monday docket in several weeks.
