Schools Landed For Entries In Animal Drama Festival The second Ashe County Dramatics Festival was very suc cessful and a large number of people attended the two nights of productions. On Thursday night Healing Springs presented "Hobby Sox;’ Jefferson. "Glamor in the Poco nos;” Fleetwood. "The Neigh bors.” Annabel Colvard, Janet Sue Houck and Arleigh Grogan were given special praise for their performance in these three plays. Friday night. Jefferson pre sented “Sunday Costs Five Pes os;” Lansing, "The Weatherman’s Secret,” and Rivcrview, '' Oh, Say Can You Sing." Outstanding performances were given by Nancy Haynes, Thomas Roberts, and Sue Lit tlewood.
