Howard, chief bank examiner for the fifth federal" reserve district; his brother, Overton Howard, a promin ent lawyer of Richmond, and their nephew, Richard Bagby? age$ 16, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Bagby, of Han over county were instantly killed at 7:35 o"c!ock this morning near Ash land when a Richmond and Chesa peake bayelectriccar struck the auto mobile in which they were riding. The automobile was completely de molished by the contact. The electric car is said to have been running at a very rapid rate. The Howards and Bagby were returning to Richmond from a fishing trip in Hanover.
