Wilsoo Warehouseman Of Danville Also Paces Civil Action In Conrt Auction warehouse men in Virginia face court procedure if they insist upon knowingly selling tobacco of members of the cooperative marketing association, according to the injunction issued against James H. Wilson and the Danville Warehouse ' Company ^ic., last week by Judge D* Price >Withers of the Corporation Court of Danville. Legal measures to halt the encouragement and persuasion of tobacco farmers in breaking contracts 'v with tbeir marketing association were instituted against?'James H. Wilson following alleged statements by him during the recent trial of eleven members of the asociation in iDanville for trespass, to the effect that ha would sell tobacco regardless of any notice served upon him by the asociation. ' s Wilson is now restrained from selling or offering for sale the tobacco of any memtebr of the sooperstJ ive association in all cases where there is knowledge or notice that such tobacco is delivered by a member, in accordance with a recent stat ute of the Virginia law.
