The first concert, first season, of the Chapel Hill Choral Society came off Friday evening, April 15, being largely attended and heartily enjoyed. The highest praise is due to Prof. Harrington for the huge degree of success he attained in the training of a large chorus of fifty voices to render in so artistic a style the highest Classical music. ' 'Tis above ns to attempt to 'crit icise or to particularize, but we can add our hearty commendation and thank the Choral Society for ena bling us to hear truly high class music. , ;' TO THE: Faculty m Sludcut Body . -t OF f-JIK . rJr- '.''.. ....... ,.'"'. : XvJ vi j vei-wit ' 1' .ISI .
