The normal hotel and cafe service in Chapel Hill will be supplemented on Thanksgiv ing day by changes in the service at Swain Hall and University Inn, at both of i which places light buffet lunches will be served. Several special trains are being ar ranged, one from Charlotte, another from Goldsboro, and others from Vir- nia and different parts of North Carolina. A great number of visitors are expected to come in automobiles and special arrangements are being made in Chapel Hill to handle the heavy traffic and the parking of the cars. The idea is to get as many men playing as possible. 2. As many men as desired may be played by an organization during the course of the series; it is not ne cessary to have the same line-up each game. 3. The following men are ineligi ble to play: A ' x " ' (a) Those who are on the varsity or freshman basketball squads, as de termined by their coaches. . (b) Those who have won varsity letter in basketball. , 4. Scoring for the championship in each league will be as follows: Win ning team receives two points; Losing team receives no points. Tie game each team receives one point. (Ties not to be played off.) - Fifteen' minute halves will be play ed ! with five minutes intermission. During each half two minutes rest will be given (after eight minutes of play), and on resuming play the ball will be tossed up where it was when time was called, the centers jumping for it at this point. 6. An hour is alloted to each game, and the game must start on time, and finish within the hour, to avoid interference with teams follow ing, and also to have the gymnasium floor cleared by nine thirty p. m. and every body out of the building by ten o'clock. 7. A team more than ten minutes late, forfeits the game. If both teams are more than ten minutes late they must shorten the playing time so that they finish the game within the hour allotted. If both teams fail to appear for the game, the score is a defeat for each. By mutual agree ment, games may be played in ad vance of the date scheduled, but they may not be postponed, except by per mission of the Athletic Committee. 8. Officials for the games should be selected at least a day in advance by the manager of the competing teams. The following men have agreed to act as officials: J. D. Mor ris, J. C. Bynum, S. W.
