Lennox Robinson Will Direct Newest Haymaker Production 'Drama at Inish' Will Be Presented Here For Four Day Run Beginning Next Monday Lennox Robinson, visiting lecturer in the dramatic art depart ment, will direct the coming Carolina Playmakers' production of his play, "Drama at Inish," a light Irish comedy, to be presented in the Playmakers theatre December 4, 5, 6 and 7 at 8:30 o'clock. "Drama at Inish" tells the comic " story of what happens to the people in the peaceful town of Inish when a troupe of crusading actors arrived to bring "naturalism" to an audience that is used to enjoying the circus. Due to the influence of the heavy drama, the people began to ponder deeply is life worth living? And everybody's life gets into one mad tangle. Invite All State 'Schools All of the colleges and universities in the state have been sent invitations to the session and each school was as signed a definite quota of delegates. On this campus the Di senate, Phi assembly and other organizations will be given a chance 'to suggest possible delegates to the assembly. However, the Debate council will have final juris diction as to who will be selected to attend. As in the past the delegates selected will represent officially not the University or the Debate council, but their own interests. Before attending the session next month the delegates will hold several meetings to decide what bills the Caro lina delegation will sponsor and other proposals for which they will lobby. It was pointed out that this regula tion is a reversion to a pre-war ruling which designated that all members had to maintain a C average in order to remain active. Baptist Group Plans Thanksgiving' Dinner The Baptist Student Union is plan ning an old fashioned Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow evening at 6:30 o' clock in the Baptist church. Carlyle Shepard that they must apply for reinstatement before January 31, 1947, if they wish to ob tain the reissued policy without a phy sical examination. ; After the January 31 deadline a physical examination will be required of each ; man who wishes reinstate ment.
