SPNCRARNa "Rib" Phi Kap Sigs In Regional Meet Here Delegates from five universi ties are in attendance at the Re gional Meeting of Phi Kappa Sig ma Fraternity which opened yes terday at the Lambda chapter bere. Charles Homan, president of the Lambda chapter, is presiding. There will be three discussions this morning, beginning at 8:30 and continuing unm noon. Sub jects to be taken up "are Conduct of Chapter Meetings and Initia tion Ceremonies, Scholarship, and The Liquor Question, How Bet To Handle It. Jerry Walls, na tional field .secretary, will lead the discussions. Discussions on other fraternity problems will continue after dinner. Dean E. L. Mackie will address a luncheon meeting of the dele gates today at 12:30 at the fra ternity house. The delegates will be honored at a banquet tonight at 6:30 at the fraternity house and hear Charles Brown, a national offi cer of the iraternity. Harold Burt's orchestra, Raleigh, will play for a chapter dance begin ning at 10 o'clock.
