THURSDAY, APRIL 6, 1353 AGE FOUR THE DAILY TAR HEEL' Five Fraternities Conclude Work Of Initiating New Pledge Classes Various campus fraternities climaxed Greek Week with in itiation of nek members, and installation of officers for the coming year. Eleven pledges were initiated into the Delta chapter of the Sigma Phi Eplison fraternity at a formal ceremony last Sunday. The new initiates are: Robert Rohe, Bronxville, N. Y.; Robert Marshall, Raleigh; George Dy sart, Greenville, S. C; Jack Phil lips, AsheboroJ Thurman Wil liams, Win.ston-Salem; Jake Schoondcrwoerd, Asheville; Gray Mattox, Smithficld; Fred Pres cott, Raleigh; Charles JefTreys, Durham; Steve Duoley, Gastonia; and HichaicK Spivcy, Raleigh. President Willard Herring ad ministered the oath to the new members. Other alumni were present to welcome the new actives'. Kappa Alpha Kappa Alpha fraternity held its initiation of new members last Sunday at 3:00 p. m. Chi Psi At an initiation ceremony at the Chi Psi Lodge last Saturday night the following boys became active Chi Psi's: Tom Sanders, Winston-Salem; Robin Scroggs, Raleigh; Jack Bennett, Philadel phia, Pa.; Bill White Winston- Salem;' Fred Coker, Franklin, Va.
