Hilliard will do research in the possibilities of educational broad casting. Hilliard said this branch of the FCC has been operating for only three years. It was organized, he said, as a result of a need for study of the future of educational broadcasting. Hilliard will take a year's leave of absence from the University to work with the FCC.
