Neither my roommate nor I type and we're tired of either paying someone for typing services or using the two finger method. We know the University offers a reading program, but is there a typing service or course available to students? Hunt and Peck. The University offers no typing service or course. Establishment of a typing pool was considered by a former Student Government administration, but obviously nothing resulted. Dean of Student Affairs Donald Boulton is amenable to establishing a service or course but said that some indication of need is first necessary. So, all you hunters and (CENSORED) write to Wiretap and let us know you can't type. Get some action on this. For the present, there is a course available at the Lincoln Center in Carrboro. According to sources at the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Schools Office, the course has already begun but you might be able to enroll by attending a class and talking with the instructor. The class meets from seven to nine p.m. Tuesday and Thursday evenings. It costs $2.50. The Lincoln Center is located on Merritt Mill Road. m - -. -.. .-- . .
