Actually, the Ten did not face a completed jury when the mistrial was called. There were 1 0 blacks and two whites in the box when Stroud became ill, but the jury selection process was incomplete. Heneghan is a member of Phi Delta Theta Iraternity, a resident adviser and a UNC Football Club officer. He also participates in club sports. Heneghan said his major goalasCAA president would be to make students more aware of what CAA is and does. "I want to bridge the gap between the athletic department and the students, and provide representation of student interests." he said.
