YES, WE WILL BE BUYING BOOKS BACK DURING RUSH BUY BACK POLICY Books are purchased year-round dur ing regular store hours. 1. One-half of retail price is given on cloth bound books in good condition and one-third on paperbacks that are in good condition if information of their in tended reuse has been received from the faculty. Exceptions: If a new edition has been announced, or large stock is on hand, the purchase price is adjusted. 2. Books no longer used, and books used at other schools are purchased at top wholesale prices. Reasons affecting buy back value on books are: 1. The instructor has dropped book and it will not be used next semester. 2. Publisher has new edition and old edi tion has no value. S.Book store is now overstocked and has more books than will be needed next semester. 4. Instructor has not indicated he will use book next semester. 5. Book is too ragged and too poor con dition to be resold. IIUIPORTAMT, PLEASE READ 4 ' As soon as you are registered and have your class tickets, come to the se cond floor and we'll have someone to help you select your textbooks. AVOID THE RUSH HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT BOOK: Textbooks are shelved by departments in numerical order e.g.', Chem. 11, Chem. 21, etc. The department maps will guide you to the area. Each textbook is identified by a label on the shelf giving the course number and title of the book. Be sure to check the book with the label to see if you have the right one. SAVE ON USED BOOKS You can save up to 25 by buying a Used Book, but shop early-they sell out fast! Buy your textbooks as soon as your class schedule is final in order to avoid the rush and better your chances of get ting a used book, if available. If you wait too long all the books for the course may be sold out and you will have to wait for another shipment which takes from 1 0 to 12 days. Keep your cash register receipt, you may need it later. REFUND POLICY 1. To. receive 100 refund on books purchased during the first 4 weeks of classes, books should be returned within this 4 week period. Books should be in same condition as purchased and accompanied by cash register receipt. 2. Books purchased after the first 4 weeks and up to 4 weeks before the first day of exams can only be return ed 2 business days following purchase date for a full refund. Books should be in same condition as purchased and accompanied with cash register receipt. 3.
