potential to do a lot, and it depends
on how priorities are set, and how things
are funded," Harward said.
Mark Stafford, president of the
- Residence Hall Association, said stu
dents wanted cable television in their
dorms.
"I think students would pay $10 per
semester in rent increase for it," he said.
"The problem is just doing it the most
efficient way, whether to string a cable
or do a (satellite) dish."
