Singers show different sides to the world of country music By CAROLYN HOCHMUTH Special to the STH Country music has undergone a resurgence lately, thanks in part to a couple of young mavericks named Steve Earle and Dwight Yoakam, both who have recently released fine albums. While Steve Earle fuses country and rock in the hopes of expand ing country's audience, Dwight Yoakam attempts to rediscover country's pure roots.
