OAKTON, Va. Hint Hill for
ward George Lynch, heavily recruited
by North Carolina and Virginia, said
Tuesday that he intends to play for
the:Tar Heels.
Lynch, 6-foot-7, averaged 22
points, 1 1 rebounds and three assists
during his one year at the school,
about 12 miles south of Washington,
D.C.
Flint Hill coach Stu Vetter said
Lynch is one of the best players to
come out of the 33-year-old school.
"We had some outstanding players
. . I but George ranks certainly in the
top five," said Vetter, who has
coached at Flint Hill for 14 years.

land baseketball team were seen
driving cars belonging to coaches,
including coach Bob Wade. ,

admitted that members of his staff

Terrapins guard Rudy Archer while
