Leo's Restaurant offers a variety of Greek and Italian entrees in a cozy, authentic atmosphere. As one of the oldest restaurants in Chapel Hill and boasting "the best pizza in North Carolina," Leo's is an excellent choice for an evening of family enjoyment. The restaurant is located next to Yates Motor Company on West Fran klin Street and is open daily from 5 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and until 10:30 p.m. Fri day and Saturday. Marathon Restaurant is among Chapel Hill's best-known Greek res taurants because of its deliveries to residence halls. Marathon has a very casual atmosphere and modest prices. Marathon is located at 708 Rose mary St. and is open from 1 1 a.m. to 11p.m. daily. Mariakakis Restaurant offers a delectable Greek, menu as well as several Italian dishes. Among their Greek treasures are the tantalizing moska (consisting of eggplant, ground beef and cheese), shishkabobs and dolmos. Italian offerings include pizza and pasta, but the most popular is Mariakakis' mouth-watering spa ghetti. The restaurant is casual, with a modest price range Mario's is open from 11:30 a.m. till 10 p.m. Monday through Thurs day, and from 11:30 a.m. till 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. They're open from 3 to 10 p.m. Sunday. Mario's is located at the Kroger Plaza next to Chapel Hill Opticians. Martini's Restaurant serves in a casual Italian atmosphere.
