Fantasy Japanese Steak and Seafood House offers a different style than the other surf-and-turf restau rants in our area. Kyoto features a sushi bar, and entrees are prepared and served at the table. Entree prices range from $8.25 to 21.25. A special steak and sushi for two is now being offered Sunday to Thursday for $18.95. Kyoto is located at 3644 Chapel Hill Blvd. in Durham and is open from 5 to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations can be placed at 489-2669. Landlubbers is a Calabash-style seafood restaurant. The cooks pre pare food in a variety of styles: fried, grilled, steamed, broiled and Cajun. Entrees range in price from $7 to $13 and there is an all-you-can-eat special every day. Located where Highway 54 East meets 1-40, Landlubbers is open for lunch weekdays from 1 1:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner hours are from 5 p.m. to 9 Sunday through Thursday and from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations should be made for par ties of 10 or more at 967-8227. Squids is not only a seafood res taurant, but a seafood market as well. One of Squid's features is its Appe tizer Bar, where they serve raw and steamed oysters, with happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. every day (Sunday from 5 to 9). Another current special is the grilled chicken for $3.69. The Western Steer also features an all-you-can-eat salad and hot bar, which also includes des serts. Prices on regular entrees range from $3.29 to $8.99. The Western Steer is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the weekdays and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the weekend. Reservations are accepted at 968-0019 and the restaurant is located in the Cole Park Plaza on Hwy 15-501. ' Western Sizzlin' is a steak house with various lunch specials offered from Monday to Saturday, such as a small sirloin or barbecued chicken for $2.99. Another special currently running is a 4-ounce sirloin and salad for $4-19. Prices for normal entrees range from $3.69 to 7.89. Western Sizzlin' has an all-you-can-eat salad bar (which includes hot items such as the taco bar) and a potato bar. Western Sizzlin' is open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Reservations for parties of six or more can be made at 942-1816. The restaurant is lo cated at 324 W. Rosemary St.
