Miss Stewart was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stewart, for many years residents of this place, and the news of her death was received with regret by her friends here. She was a very accomplished mu sician, and had been a teacher of and Foreign Missions," Mrs. Roger Smith; "Prayer," Mrs. Pearl Potts; "What is the Lottie Moon Offering?" Miss Nannie Rogers; sentence prayers were offered.'and the closing prayer was a special one for Mrs. Roger Smith, who has been ill. Mr. Guffey had risen to get a drink of water, relatives believe,'--when he was stricken with a heart attack. A native of Franklin, N.,C, Mr. Gutfey owned a coal business-when he first came to Fort Worth. During the war he founded the Acme Bottling company. In 1924 he sold the business and retired.
