By virtue of a decree of the Su
perior Court of Macon County,
North Carolina, made in the above
entitled special proceeding, R. S.
Jones, Commissioner, sold the lands
hereinafter described on the 4th
day of March, 1935, at 12 o'clock
noon at the Court House door in
Franklin, North Carolina, at public
sale, at which sale said lands
brought the sum of One Hundred
Fifty-seven and 50-100 ($157.50)
Dollars; and whereas, said bid has
been raised in the amount of 10,
and the Clerk of the Superior
Court has ordered that the land
be resold.
I will, therefore, on Monday, the
8th day of April, 1935, by virtue of
said order, resell said property at
the Court House door in Franklin,
at public auction to the highest
bidder for cash, the following de
