According to the plan voted by the l‘'armers Federation stockholders meeting on I-'ebruary 22, the board of direct'jrs arc empowered to de clare a patronage dividend at the end of the year if in their opin ion the condition of the business will permit, and if the dividend paid is to be in credit toward the ownershij) of a share of I'armers Federation stock, based on a farm er’s coupons on his trade.
