by a Deed of Trust made, executed
and delivered by Birdie Grindstaff,
to the undersigned Trustee on the
10th day of April, 1936, said Deed
of Trust being registered in the
Office of Register of Deeds for
Macon County in Book No. 34,. page
76, to secure the payment of cer
tain indebtedness in said-Deed of
Trust set forth; and whereas, de
fault has been made in the pay
meent of said indebtedness, and
the owner of the same has made
demand upon the undersigned
Trustee to exercise the power in
him vested by said Deed of Trust;
f will, therefore, by virtue of
the power of sale by said Deed of
Trust in me vested, on Monday,
the 8th day of February, 1937, at

tion to the highest bidder for cash
