C The marriage of Miss Martha Gettys of Columbia, S. C, to Lt George W. McClure of Franklin was solemnized in Atlanta, Ga Sunday, July 12, at the home 6 Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Nichols. Dr. Fergusson Wood, pastor of West minister Presbyterian Church, reai the marriage ceremony in the pres ence of members of the immediate families The bride is the daughter of Mrs Benjamin Wiley Gettys and the late Major Gettys of Columbia and Lugoff, S. C. She attended Mary Washington College at Fredericks burg, Va. For the past two years she has held a position in the office of the Dixie Culvert Co. in Columbia. Lt. McClure is the son of Chas. McClure and the late Mr. McClure of Franklin, Kt. 2. He is a grad uate of Clemson College and is iiow serving in the Army at Fort Eenning, Ga. The couple will make (their home in Columbus, Ga. MR.
