Under and by 'virtue of the power vested in me by the laws of the State of North Carolina, particularly by Chapter 310 of t'he Public Laws of 1939 as amend ed, "and pursuant to an order of the County Com missioners, 1 will offer for and will sell at public auc tion, for cash, to the highest bidder, at the courthouse door in the County of Macon at 12 o'clock noon on Monday the 3rd day of September, 1945, liens upon the real estate described below for the non-payment of taxes owing for the year 1944, the name of the owner of or the person who listed the real estate for taxes, the real estate which is subject to the lien, and the amount of the lien being set out below. Reference is made to the records in the office of Register of Deeds of Macon County and in the office of Tax Supervisor for more particular description of said real estate.
