"SELECT REALTY SALES"
? -
The property I offer ori this market for sale
is approved and accepted by me, as some
thins with appeal that should s-ell at the price.
With no reflection to property owners, many
of them do not know how to price their real
estate to make it sell. Therefore, you do not
save anything by buying direct in most cases.
If I were not in the business, I would not know
how to price my own property to sell it, and
would call in an active broker for his views.
If you want "mountain, real estate" from
Cabin Homes to Modern Estates, I will enjoy
taking you around and acquaint you with the
type real estate that is selling, and recently
been sold. This way, you will know a little
about the market price, which you should
know before you buy anything in real, or per
sonal property.
It is my training, and business to help both
the property owner and buyer, and I have en
joyed doing this over a period of Years with
all Sincerity.
