died from a heart attack at noon
Sunday while working on an
automobile at Burrell Motor Com
pany, Inc.
A hydramatic transmission spec
ialist, he had worked for the
motor company for the past 10
years. He lived on Franklin, Route
4, In the Windy Gap section.
Funeral services Tor Mr. Dills,
a veteran of World War n, were
conducted yesterday (Wednesday)
afternoon at 2 o'clock at the
Sugarfork Baptist Church by the
Rev. Jarvls Underwood, pastor.
Burial was in the church ceme
tery with members of the Veter
ans of Foreign Wars Post 7339

at her home on Franklin, Route

enty-four years old, she had
been In declining health for
some time. She would have been
75 Saturday.
Funeral services were con
ducted Sunday at 2:30 p. m. at
the Rldgecrest Baptist Church,
of which she was a member.
Officiating were the Rev. Arvil
Swafford, the Rev. S. B Moss,
and the Rev. Lee Crawford.
