Her attendant, Miss Dorothy
Gordon, of Williamstown, wore
a blue taffeta dress with light
blue accessories and a shoulder
bouquet of pink rosebuds.
Glenn Gordon, also of Wil
liamstown, served as best man.
Mrs. Sowder is a graduate of
the Barrett School of Nursing
at the University Hospital In
Augusta, Ga., and' now works
at the Veteran's Administration

Of MACON WOMEN {
COTTAGE CHEESE AND
SALMON SALAD
Cheese Layer
2 Tsp. gelatin
2 Tb. cold milk
V* Cup hot milk
5>/2 Cups creamed cottage
cheese, sieved
>/4 Tsp. onion minced, or onion
powder
?A Tsp. salt
Soak gelatin in cold milk and*
dissolve In hot milk. Combine ,
with remaining Ingredient*.
Chill until mixture begins to
thicken. Pour into mold. Refrig
erate until firm.
Salmon Layer
2 Cups red salmon, flaked
% Cup mayonnaise
Vfe Cup celery, finely chopped
2 Tb. lemon Juice
2 Tsp. gelatin
2 Tb. cold water
Combine salmon, salad dress
ing, celery and lemon Juice. Soak
gelatin in cold water for five
minutes, then dissolve over hot
water. Add to salmon mixture.
Cool. Pour over cheese layer. To
serve, unmold on large platter
and garnish with parsley and
tomato wedges.
