performed February 17 at the
home of the Rev. and Mrs. R. L
Poindexter, in the presence of the
immediate families.
The bride wore a navy blue suit
with navy and light blue accessor
ies. She is a graduate of Franklin
High School and has been employ
ed for the past several months at
Burlington Industries.
Mr. Curtis lis a graduate of
Franklin High School and received
his B. S. degree in forest manage
ment at N. C. State College, Ral
eigh. He is a member of Xi Sigma
Pi, forestry honorary fraternity.
The couple left Tuesday for
Woodland Park, Colo., where Mr
Curtis will be employed by the U.
S. Forest Service.

Henson, to James F. Taylor, son

Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Conley and
son, of Salem, N. J., were visiting
Mr. Conley's mother. Mrs. Edd
Conley at Otto recently.
Mrs. James E. Cass and daugh
ter, Glenda Sheryl, of Athens, Ga.,
spent the past two weeks here
visiting her mother, Mrs. Zeb
Taylor.
George T. Brady has returned to
New York City after a week's visit
