East Franklin Plans Supper To Discuss New Development With planning for East Franklin's development program in mind, citizens and patrons of the neighborhood and school will sit down and talk things over Saturday night at a cover ed dish supper The event will l>e held at the school at 7 o'clock. Some suggestions for com munity betterment will be of fered by County A^ent T. H. Fagg and H. T. Collins. Purposes of the supper meet ing are listed as: to help resi dents become better acquaint ed; to work toward making East Franklin the "cleanest neigh- ' borhood in N. First Spaniards Visit Coweeta The Coweeta Hydrologic Lab oratory has attracted visitors from many parts of the world,, but this week it is host to its first visitors from Spain. Observing the water and for est experiments under way at Coweeta are Caesar Peraza and Louis Romero, Spanish forestry engineers. They are in this country for study, under aus pices of the International Co operation Administration. The Spanish foresters, who have been in the United States for the past two and a hall months, arrived here last Fri day from. Columbia, S. C., and left yesterday for Asheville.
