Mrs. Jones Appointed For '60 Conference Mrs. Weimar Jones has been ap pointed Macon County chairman for the White House Conference ?n Children and Youth, called by President Eisenhower for March r 27-April 2, 1960. The conference, held decennial ly, is designed to serve "as a stimulus to renewed determination to see that our children are given the best possible opportunities." Mrs. F. H. Potts, of Highlands, who served as county chairman for the 1950 Conference, has a greed to serve as co-chairman. Other members of the committee will be appointed later.
