CAMERON (Continued from page 3) bar of people attending the funeral at one thousand. Mr. John McNeill, relief agent for the Seaboard, arrived Monday to fill the place of Mr. W. G. Parker, who will takke a vacation during the holi days. Misses Lucile Loving and Lucile Kogers, came over from Sanford for the week-end. They were guests of Miss Annie Hartsell Saturday night. Messrs W. A. Muse, H. M. Har- fbour,A. L. Boaz, and Lacy Norman attend the funeral of Dr. Jones at .Siloam Sunday. Mrs. A. F. Jones was met at San ford by her brothers in law, Dr. Flip- pin and Mr. Tesh, who with their wives spent Thanksgiving here with Dr. and Mrs. Jones. If we dident have so many holidays and spending money parties through out the year, one might enjoy the saying and feeling of “Christmas comes but once a year’* etc. Miss Frankie Teague returned Sun day from a visit to her mother at Montrose, who is ill with appendicitis Miss Virginia Ray of Carthage was the guest last week of her sister, Miss Elizabeth Ray. Mrs. E. M. Borst, Miss Annie Borst, and their guest Mrs. Frasier, Mrs. Rebecca Blue, Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Parker and children, spent the after noon of Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Neill A. McNeill in Lee county. Miss Annie Borst and her guest, Mrs. W. O. Frasier, were in Raleigh Tuesday doing their Christmas shop ping. Mr. I. E. Goodwin with his wife and two children have moved to their recently purchased home on McPher son street. Mr. Goodwin expect to build a new home next year. Rev. W. H. H. Lawhorn spent Satur day night with Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Spivey. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Brewer of Winston Salem came down Monday to visit Mrs. Brewers parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Doss. Mr. C. L. Tyson Miss Ethel Coats and Miss Bertha Sanford, spent Sunday at Buis Creek. NOTICE. By virtue of a certain mortgage deed executed to me by T. R. E. Hall, L. F. Hall and C. W. Hall, Moore county, N.
