The monthly club meeting wag held in the club room Friday, November 25th, instead of Thursday, owing to the fact that Thursday was Thanks giving. The meeting was very inter esting, and there was much discuss ion about the home talent Chautau qua that is to be given by the club this winter. Mr. Welch has also promised , the club another picture in the very near future. The club is planning to enlarge the community library which will be greatly appre ciated by every one, for there is a great need of more books. Otis Baker spent Thiinksgiving with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Humphrey, of Fayetteville, were Thanksgiving guests of Mrs. Ed Muse. Mr. and Mrs. George Carter, Mrs. S. H. Mille»i* and Mrs. Neila Black motored to Charlotte Friday. Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Miller and sons, Harvey, Lee and Doyle, visited in Heath Springs, S. C., Sunday. Howard Bums spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. B. L. Bums.
