Charles was a charming hostess t,o the Thursday Af ternoon Book Club last Thursday af ternoon at the Community House, where a majority pf the members and several invited guests gathered. An interesting musical program had been arranged, and the readings given on lives of musicians by Mrs. E. L. Pleasants and Mrs. Gra^iy Bur ney were especially appropriate, fol lowed by piano selections by Mrs. L. Pleasants.
