Society and Personals of the Sandhills Dancing Instruction For Children Starts at Highland Pines Inn Over twenty children assem bled in Highland Hines Inn ballroom Friday afternoon, Dec 6, for introductory dancing in struction by Mrs. D. A. Suther land, certified Arthur Murray teacher. They were divided in to clases, the younger children receiving instruction from three to four o’clock, and the older group, from four to five. The course of ten lessons is sponsored by the Moore County Historical Association, and the entire proceeds, through the courtesy of Mrs. Sutherland and the Highland Pines Inn manage ment, will go to the Historical Society. Baptist Reception The congregation of the Bap tist Church presented their new' pastor, J. Kivette, super intendent of the Sunday School, headed the receiving line of the officers of the church, and Miss Mary Richardson presided at the coffee service.
