picnic dinner at the home of Mrs.
Carl Kivett, Sr., in Carthage by
their daughters and sons-in-law,
Mr.-and Mrs. Carl Kivett, Jr., Mrs
Tiny Fritts, and Mr. and Mrs.
George Blanchard. Mrs. McDon
ald was presented an orchid, and
Mr. McDonald a red carnation.
The grandchildren gave them a
large cake topped with a bride
and groom and inscribed ‘‘Happy
45th Wedding Anniversary,” and
they received many other nice
gifts and cards.
