Louis Meyer. Fay Neville entertained at cock tails Friday at Little' Cabin. Mrs. Henry H. Harper gave a large cocktail party on Saturday at Linden House. Mr. and Mrs. Edward L Nesbitt were hosts to a number of friends Sunday afternoon at the Millard Tompkins place on Linden Road, which the Nesbitts are occupying for the winter season. Also entertaining at cocktails on Sunday at their home were Mr. and Mrs. Frederick A. Landis. Brief Mention Mr. and Mrs. Arthur E. Spellis- sy, their daughter, Amy, and son, Arthur, returned this week from a short vacation at Sea Island, Ga. Mr. and Mrs. Livingston L. Bid dle II left the early part of the week for their annual stay of three months at Pompano, Fla. Capt. and Mrs. Malcolm McMul len and their son, Malcolm, Jr., returned Sunday to Langley AFB in Virginia after a holiday visit with Mrs. Cabot McMullen on Lin den Road. ■Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Reginald G. Narelle were her mother and sister, Mrs. William H. Kuyler and Miss Maude Kuy- ler, both of Bayside, N. Y., who are now occupying an apartment in Boxwood Court for the season. Here for Thanksgiving with Miss Doreeii Narelle was Miss Mary Anne Wright of Baltimore, Md. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Heilman returned Monday to their place in Rye, N. Y., after several days at their Midland Road cottage. Mr. and Mrs. Edwin H. Herzog and their daughter, Molly Love, left the first of the week for New York City after a weekend stay at their cottage. The 20th Hole. Fay Neville had as his house guest over last weekend a former classmate, Roderick Cushman, of Syosset, L. I., and New York City. Mr. and Mrs. Roland R. Mac- Kenzie of Cockeysville, Md., ar rived last week to spend two weeks at their residence on Mc- Caskill Road. With them for the holidays were their children. Miss Margot and Clark MacKenzie, and their guests from Baltimore, Miss Gretchen Schmidt and Charles Offutt. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Wolff, Sandy and Danny have returned to Pittsburgh, Pa., after weekend ing at Whileaway Cottage. Here for a few days at the Wil liam J. Brewster place on Linden Road are Mrs. George M. Brew ster of Ho-Ho-Kus, N. J., Mrs. Carlton H. Butcher of Ridgewood, N. J., and a guest, Mrs. William Andolsek, also of Ho-Ho-Kus. Mr. and Mrs. William E. Snow, their son. Bill and daughter, Su san, visited in High Point over the weekend.
