North Carolina at 8:00 P. M. on
the 12th day of June, 1956, for the
purpose of hearing any protest or
objection to the levying of an as
sessment it the rate of $1.25 per
front foot against the adjacent
property owners on:
West New Jersey between
Leak and Saylor
in the Town of Southern Pines, to
defray a portion of the costs of in
stalling curbs, gutters, and side
walks on the above mentioned
street or streets; that interested
parties may inspect assessment
roll on file in the Office of the
Town Clerk at any time between
the hours of 9:00 A. M. and 5:00
P. M. on any day from Monday
through Friday and between the
hpurs of 9:00 A. M. and 12:00
Noon on Saturday.
