The annual Fall Rally of the Men of the Church of Fayette ville Presbytery will be held at Camp Monroe in Scotland Coun ty Wednesday night, September 12, with Dr. W. T. Thompson of Richmond, Va., as guest speaker, according to an announcement by Jerome B. Clark, Jr., of Fay etteville, program chairman for the occasion. Dr. Thohipson, who is modera tor of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the United States, will speak on Chistian Family Life.” Since 1920 he has been Professor of Christ ian Education ■ and Lecturer in Pastoral Theology at Union The ological Seminary in Richmond, and is one of the most sought- after speakers in the Southern Presbyterian church. McMillan, Jr., of Red Springs, President of the Fay etteville Presbytery Men of the I Church is urging each of the 96 /churches in the presbytery to have a good delegation in attend ance to join in the rally and hear Dr. Thompson. The rally is being held in con junction with the fall meeting of Fayetteville Presbytery which will convene at Camp Monroe on the next morning, Thursday, Sep tember 13 at 9:30 a. m. Many of the delegates to Presbytery at tending the Men of the Church Rally are expected to spend the night and be on hand for the Presbytery meeting the next day. A. L.
