regular monthly meeting on

the Legion Hut and then went

Young Williams, the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Taft Williams, is
one of a group of Scouts, repre
senting all eight of the Scout
councils in North Carolina, who
will attend the dinner.
Williams also holds the Eagle
Palm award and the God and
Country Award.
PILOT ADVERTISING PAYS
presented each member a beauti
ful orchid. After the tour was
completed the group returned to
the Legion Hut where they were
served delicious refreshments by

tables; prepared meats and din
ners are mostly things new and
different. Fresh foods which used
to be available only “in season”
are now available all year. Con
sumption of convenience foods
has risen remarkably.
