Final Rites Held
For Mrs. Mishie
Williams Saturday
Mrs. Mishie Maness Williams,
69, wife of the late Laney Wil
liams, died at the home of her
son, Marvin E. Williams, on Rt.
I, Eagle Springs early Thursday
morning.
Funeral services were held
Saturday at 2 p. m. at the Pleas
ant View Friends Church. The
Rev. C. S. Kemodle officiated,
assister by the Rev. Bennie Ma
ness. Burial was in the church
cemetery.
Surviving are seven daughters,
Mrs. W. L. Frank, Sophia, Mrs.
Kf W. Hennings, Winston-Salem,
Mrs. Homer Seawell, and Mrs. I.
J. Gamer, both of Carthage, Mrs.
R. D. Moynihan of Washington,

The Sauline Players are to
night presenting “The Jones
Family,” a New York comedy
success, at 8:00 o’clock in the
Pinehurst School Auditorium.
The Players, who have for years
been, touring North Carolina
communities, gave a matinee
performance Of “Cinderella” for
the students at the Pinehurst
school.
Mrs. Lacy Chisolm of Randle-
man and Mrs. H. C. Yarboro of
Eagle Springs; five sons, Marvin
Charlie, and Taft, all of Eagle
Springs, Ira of Robbins,. L. H.
of Sherman, Tex.; one brother,
John Maness of Robbins; and one
sister, Mrs. Joe Welch of Rob
bins.
