McCaskill, president presided over the business and Mrs. Hur ley gave the program. Final plans were completed for the bazaar and turkey dinner which is being held this Wednes day. Celebrates Birthday Johnny Marts celebrated his 13th birthday Tuesday evening when he invited a number of his 1 friends to help celebrate. McCaskill Day Astronomy Camporee Friday Astronomy will be the central theme of the fall camporee of the Moore District Boy Scouts, which gets underway at the Pinehurst Field Trial area on Midland Road tomorrow (Friday) at 4 p. m. Under the general direction of David Drexel, chairmaii of the district camping activities com mittee, the two day camporee is expected to draw approximately 100 Boy Scouts. The field trial area is about one and one-half iniles from the Southern Pines City limits. Drexel, who has spent count less hours with Scouts recently constructing a telescope for use in the camporee, said a star navi gation expert from the Air Force Air-Ground Operation School would also be on hand to in struct.
