Speak In Aberdeen
L. Stacy Weaver, superintend
ent of the Durham city schools
and a former member of the facul
ty of Rutherford College, will be
the guest speaker at the Layman’s
Day service at the Page Memorial
Methodist Church in Aberdeen,
Stinday morning at 11 o’clock.
Mr. Weaver is a teacher of the
Julian S. Carr Bible Class of the
Trinity Methodist Church in Dur-
hame and is heard each Sunday
over WDNC. In announcing that
Weaver would speak in Aberdeen,
H. W. Doub, prominent Methodist
layman said: “He is the hes't Sun
day School teacher I have ever
heard talk.”
