Sheriff McDonald said that Lemmons was still in the hospi tal as a result of injuries receiv ed in the wreck, but would have to face trial. It is believed that he will also go before the magis trate and ask for bond Mrs. Lemmons and Parks have been cited to appear in Moore Recorder’s Court as soon as Lem mons is able to join them. I Former Rector Father Succumbed In Pa. Thursday Word was received here this weeks of the death of William Simpson Coveil, father of the Rev. Charles V. Covell, former rector of Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Mr. Covell, who was 84, died last Thursday at Abington, Pa. A native of New York City, he for merly was city architect of Phila delphia and held membership in numerous organizations, including the Sons of the Revolution, the American Legion, and the Reserve Officers Association. In addition to the Rev. Covell, who is now rector of the Episcopal Church in Christchurch, Va., he is survived by a daughter and three grandchildren.
