Sets Up Temporary Offices James Hartshorne,. resident manager of the Highland Pines Inn, said this morning that tem porary quarters for the hotel management had been established and were in full operation. He said the hotel corpora tion would continue to maintain an office on the grounds and could be reached at telephone 2-2912. The number, he pointed out, can be used by people at tempting to reach either the hotel or thei Stoneybrook Racing Asso ciation. J. Caddell attended Southern Pines High School. C. So ciety of Crippled Children and Adults. This was his first visit to Southern Pines, although he has visited Carthage in the past. Taking the children, who were recommended by their teachers and parents. Dr. Ormandy eval uated the problems each had in his speech and suggested a def inite plan of corrective measures. Not all treatment will he of medical nature, he told the stu dents; part of it will be, directed at overcoming any mental blocks that might have caused defects. A squad leader in Company M of the division’s 31st Regiment, Sergeant McKeithen entered the Army in September, 1951, and completed basic training at Fort Jackson, S.' C. The sergeant, son of William R. McKeithen, Vass, attended Pickney High School, Carthage.
